This weekend, a member of the Cardiff and Menevia Youth Council will be at all Masses to encourage those in years 9-13 to consider attending the Archdiocese of Cardiff and Diocese of Menevia Youth Event at St. David’s, Pembrokeshire from July 24th – 28th

The Archdiocesan Catholic Charismatic Team invites all parishioners in the Archdiocese to a Saturday with praise and worship, Mass and small group sharing at Jubilee shrines across the Archdiocese. The date and venue of the final Saturday is Saturday July 5th – St. Non’s Retreat, near St David’s – SA62 6BN

March for Life UK is a major event taking place on Saturday, September 6th in London. Thousands of people will join together, united in a show of unity for the value of life from conception and standing up for all those who have been impacted by abortion. If you are interested in taking part, two coaches will be travelling up to London on the day. Back by popular demand The Local Vocals community choir led by Mary Chichester, who is a member of St. Teilo’s parish is again performing its Summer Concert at St. Teilo’s Church Whitchurch on Tuesday July 15th at 7.30pm. Tickets are £5 each. The charity for the evening is The Reaching Out Project. Please Contact Mary 07795371762 for tickets but tickets will be available at the door.

Saturday, July 5th, is the first Saturday of July. We will therefore celebrate the First Saturday devotions after the 10am Mass. There will be Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament during the devotions and confessions will be available. Why not come along to respond to Our Lady’s call to pray for the whole world?

Each Tuesday evening, the parish has an hour of silent Adoration at St. Teilo’s from 7pm to 8pm. The primary intention for the period of Adoration is vocations to the priesthood and religious life. Feel free to come for all or part of the hour to pray for the Church in its need for faithful ministers to continue the Mission of Jesus.

Adoration and Exposition – Our Lady of Lourdes The Polish Community holds silent Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Thursday evenings from 7.30 to 8.30pm. All are welcome to come along and pray in silence, in the presence of the Lord Jesus. Adoration is preceded by Mass in Polish at 7pm. Adoration and Exposition – St. Teilo’s There will be Adoration and Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament from 10.30am to midday at St. Teilo’s this Friday. Why not come along to spend time in silent prayer and Adoration before the Lord?
