Ecumenical and Interreligious Pilgrimage – Thursday

All are welcome, indeed encouraged, to join this year's Ecumenical and Interreligious Pilgrimage, hosted jointly by the Catholic Archdiocese of Cardiff-Menevia and the Anglican Church in Wales Diocese of Llandaff. The pilgrimage begins at 1:30pm on Thursday, July 3rd at St. Padarn's Institute, formerly St. Michael’s College, Cardiff Road, Llandaff with reflections from Archbishop Mark and Bishop Mary Stallard (Bishop of Llandaff), followed by a walk to St’ Teilo's Well and Llandaff Cathedral before crossing the River Taff to Bute Park and on to St. David's Cathedral for a liturgy of prayer and reaffirmation of Baptism, with refreshments to follow, concluding around 5pm. Knit and Natter Group

Catholic Renewal Jubilee Days

The Archdiocesan Catholic Charismatic Team invites all parishioners in the Archdiocese to a Saturday with praise and worship, Mass and small group sharing at Jubilee shrines across the Archdiocese. The date and venue of the final Saturday is Saturday July 5th – St. Non’s Retreat, near St David’s – SA62 6BN

March for Life

March for Life UK is a major event taking place on Saturday, September 6th in London. Thousands of people will join together, united in a show of unity for the value of life from conception and standing up for all those who have been impacted by abortion. If you are interested in taking part, two coaches will be travelling up to London on the day. Local Vocal Concert – July 15th

Back by popular demand The Local Vocals community choir led by Mary Chichester, who is a member of St. Teilo’s parish is again performing its Summer Concert at St. Teilo’s Church Whitchurch on Tuesday July 15th at 7.30pm. Coffee and Tea after Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes

First Saturday Devotions to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

Saturday, July 5th, is the first Saturday of July. We will therefore celebrate the First Saturday devotions after the 10am Mass. There will be Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament during the devotions and confessions will be available. Why not come along to respond to Our Lady’s call to pray for the whole world?

Tuesday Evening Adoration

Each Tuesday evening, the parish has an hour of silent Adoration at St. Teilo’s from 7pm to 8pm. The primary intention for the period of Adoration is vocations to the priesthood and religious life. Feel free to come for all or part of the hour to pray for the Church in its need for faithful ministers to continue the Mission of Jesus.

Adoration and Exposition

Adoration and Exposition – Our Lady of Lourdes The Polish Community holds silent Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Thursday evenings from 7.30 to 8.30pm. All are welcome to come along and pray in silence, in the presence of the Lord Jesus. Adoration is preceded by Mass in Polish at 7pm. Adoration and Exposition – St. Teilo’s There will be Adoration and Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament from 10.30am to midday at St. Teilo’s this Friday. Why not come along to spend time in silent prayer and Adoration before the Lord?
