Pilgrimage to the Holy Land The Parishes of Holy Family and St. Mary of the Angels are planning a 10-day Pilgrimage to the Holy Land in April of 2024 through Pilgrimage People. They would like to extend an invitation to parishioners of St. Teilo’s with Our Lady of Lourdes who would like to join us. The Pilgrimage is 10 days in duration from April 15th to 24th 2024 and the itinerary is extensive. It begins in Bethlehem, continues to Jerusalem and the Mount of Olives where we retrace the steps of Jesus on that first Palm Sunday. We visit the birthplace of John the Baptist and Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Memorial. We then visit Lake Galilee and the Jordan River, where there will be an opportunity to renew our Baptism vows. We visit Nablus, Cana and then Nazareth before going on to Mount Carmel and Acre. On our final day, we visit the site of Caesarea Philippi then, after lunch, proceed to the airport for our late afternoon return flight home. Price: £2,250 per person sharing a twin/double room on a half-board basis. Single rooms are available at a supplement of £540. Price includes return airfare including hold baggage, accommodation in 3* hotels, all transport whilst in the Holy Land, services of a professional guide, gratuities and all entrance fees. Price does not include lunches, drinks or items of a personal nature. Please note that this itinerary is not suitable for the less able traveller.
