Family Ministry

The importance placed on the family (from a church perspective) is huge. The church considers the family to be  a 'mini society'. It is the place where all of our human characteristics, good and bad,  are first seen. The family as a unit should reflect our Christian values.

However, this is not always as easy as it sounds. Families can go through difficulties - with parents finding themselves separated and bringing up children alone. This is simply the way the world is at present, however, it doesn't mean that as a church we  shouldn't step out and recognise that our brothers and sisters are hurting, or that members of our community need help.

Do you have any experience with working with families? We are currently developing our ministry teams, and would very much appreciate your assistance
